Please send us the product designation (product key, ID number or serial number), a detailed description of the problem and your contact details.

Please discuss your case with our Product Management department before returning the product to us. Problems can often be solved without returning the product. This saves you time and unnecessary effort.

If you have any questions regarding an ongoing complaint, please contact our complaints processing department by e-mail.
